What we do

We are an independent film distributor exploiting theatrical, video, TV and VoD rights – in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Our ambition is to select the best, and make the most out of it. Whether small, big, huge, European, Asian, American, African, cross over, art house, mainstream; we work hard to allow every movie to shine on the big screen. From Almodovar to the Dardenne brothers, from Lord of the Rings to Wong Kar Wai, from Slumdog Millionaire to Lola rennt; we are open.

Present in Belgium for decades (www.cineart.be), and in the Netherlands since 2008 (www.cineart.nl), Cinéart brings stability, professionalism, enthusiasm, ambition and attention to details. What passion stands for.
       
Last releases

In recent months, Cinéart has released among others "Entre les Murs”, "Vicky Chrstina Barcelona”, "Slumdog Millionaire”, "Caos Calmo”, "The Duchess”.

       
Cineart’s business

We are one of the few independent distributors to be integrated across windows and regions. We believe it is a guarantee of quality:
- Theatrical: dedicated teams in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Video: TWIN PICS (joint venture with Pias in the Netherlands and Belgium) releasing and editing our own movies as well as catalogues from others
- TV and digital: dedicated staff in Belgium and the Netherlands with VoD sales growing rapidly
- European acquisition pool: founding member of Indie Circle (EU pool with members from France, Italy, Switzerland, Benelux, more to come) acquiring pan-European titles.
